The story

Fuzanglong dwells deep within the earth, guarding buried treasures: gold, precious stones, and objects of immeasurable value. In Asian mythology, he is known as the dragon of hidden treasures.

Unlike dragons associated with the sky or rain, Fuzanglong belongs to the underworld. His mission is to protect what lies concealed beneath the surface until the time comes for it to be revealed. He is also linked to the forces that stir the earth, including volcanic activity and earthquakes. In Eastern tradition, he symbolises a quiet, latent energy—a power that slowly gathers in the depths before emerging with its full force.

Volcanoes are his home; lava, smoke, and buried treasures his eternal companions.
